Gather the family for an interactive, fun and insightful storytelling of The Tempest, led by a professional actor, in a 60-minute version of Shakespeare’s story.
After being banished by his brother, sorcerer Prospero and his daughter Miranda have been living on a faraway island alongside its inhabitants, the magical Ariel and resentful Caliban.
When Prospero spots his brother’s ship on the horizon, he conjures up a great storm that washes the sailors to shore. With his enemies now on land, he begins to use his and Ariel’s magical powers to trick, scare and control everyone around him.
This enchanting tale of revenge, love, magic, and forgiveness is brought to life by our highly skilled Globe practitioners who include actors, teachers, and directors.
