Macbeth Workshop (12-16 Years)
Bring Macbeth to life in this practical and interactive workshop, designed for 12-16 year olds.
Ideal for young people with an interest in drama or literature, this workshop uses a range of activities and games designed to draw out elements of the play’s language, characters and themes through practical drama activities.
Encouraging the development of an informed personal response to the play, underpinned by understanding the play’s relationship to the unique performance conditions of the Globe, this session provides the perfect headstart or accompaniment to your GCSE English Literature studies. No previous experience is required, just a desire to jump in and enjoy exploring one of his spine-tingling tragedies.
Workshops will be led by one of the Globe’s highly experienced educational practitioners who include actors, teachers and directors. Experience a workshop on its own or pair it with a performance of Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank: Macbeth.
About the play

Terms and conditions
A £2.50 transaction fee per order applies online and over the telephone. Accompanying adults will not be invited into the workshop room, but they must remain on the Globe site for the entirety of the workshop.
