All's Well That Ends Well
Inside the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, uncover a twisted tale of obsession, game-playing and deception in Shakespeare’s ruthless thriller, All’s Well That Ends Well.
When Helen cures the dying King, he grants her one wish: to choose any man she wants for her husband. Rejected by the man she’s always loved, Helen sets out to get him, by whatever means necessary.
When it comes to love, where do you draw the line?
Chelsea Walker (Visit from an Unknown Woman, Hampstead) makes her Globe directorial debut bringing Shakespeare’s rarely performed exploration of class, sexuality and gender to London’s only candlelit theatre.
‘Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none’
Act 1, Scene 1
Content guidance: This play contains scenes of sexual assault and physical violence, and themes of classism, misogyny, and homophobia.

MORE EVENTS
Cymbeline
A secret marriage changes the course of two ancient kingdoms. For the first time in ten years, see Cymbeline, Shakespeare’s late, tragic comedy of love and rebellion, in the candlelit Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. Director Jennifer Tang makes her Globe directorial debut.
Hansel and Gretel
Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Hansel and Gretel, as a new version of The Brothers Grimm’s fairy tale by Poet Laureate Simon Armitage transforms the Globe Theatre with poetry, songs and hope. Returning with a new recipe of music, mayhem and festive magic, this is a delicious treat for everyone aged 5+ directed by Nick Bagnall.
Three Sisters
For the first time at the Globe, experience the work of playwright Anton Chekhov with this twentieth century classic. Their world is going up in flames, one minute at a time. But can three sisters create the change they’re longing for? Caroline Steinbeis returns to the Playhouse to direct the world premiere of a new translation by playwright Rory Mullarkey.
