PAYMENT 

Payment is due no later than 28 days before the date of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received within these terms. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. 

If you’re booking within 28 days, payment is due immediately, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.  

HOW TO PAY 

Debit or credit card is the most effective way for us to track your payment.

BOOKING FEE 

Each booking is subject to a £2.50 booking fee 

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING 

All changes should be communicated at least 28 days before the date of your booking. For changes less than 28 days from your visit date, we will aim to facilitate any increase in student numbers, space permitting. However, within 28 days, we are unable to offer refunds for any reductions in the number of students.

When reducing the number of students, please note that there is a minimum fee for Lively Action workshops, equivalent to the cost of 20 student attendees.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing at least 28 days before the date of your booking. If we do not receive this notification before the deadline, you will still be liable for the total cost of the booking.

We will not refund bookings if cancellation is made due to circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to: heavy snow, train cancellations, tube strikes, etc.). In this instance, we will endeavour to reschedule your booking to an alternative date within our financial year, subject to availability.

 If the cancellation is made by Shakespeare’s Globe, we will work with you to move the session to an alternative date or format, or offer you a full refund.
