Shubham Saraf
Shubham recently starred in Jack Thorne’s new play When Winston Went to War with the Wireless at the Donmar Warehouse. Additionally, he recently finished shooting a leading role in the new thriller feature I’ll Play Mother and a run of Joseph Carlton’s Brilliant Jerks at the Southwark Playhouse. Shubham played one of the leads in Apple TV’s Shantaram (a 12-episode series based on the acclaimed book), starring opposite Charlie Hunnam. Last year he played the lead role in The Father and the Assassin at the National Theatre, for which he was nominated for Best Actor at the 66th Evening Standard Theatre Awards. His other leading credits include the BBC series A Suitable Boy (directed by Mira Nair); Romeo and Juliet for the National Theatre opposite Jessie Buckley and Josh O Connor; a series regular in Netflix’s Criminal, and the award-winning and record-breaking BBC/Netflix series Bodyguard.
