Naeem trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). 

Recently, Naeem was the Co-Director of Burnt at the Stake and Associate Director of Comedy of Errors, Macbeth and Henry V. 

Previous work for Shakespeare’s Globe includes: As Assistant Director, King Lear and The Tempest (2022). Acting credits include The Captive Queen (2018), Globe to Globe Hamlet World Tour (2016) Sonnet Walks, and Shakespeare within the Abbey. 

Other theatre credits include: The Girl On The Train (UK Tour), Nora: A Dolls House (Royal Exchange Theatre), The Village (Theatre Royal Stratford East), Faster-Higher-Stronger-Straighter (Dominion Studio).
