Jade Anouka

Jade recently appeared on our screens in ITV’s Cleaning Up, Netflix comedy Turn Up Charlie and feature films Fisherman’s Friends and Last Christmas. In theatre, Jade has played the title roles in Hampstead’s Olivier nominated The Phlebotomist and Queen Margaret at The Royal Exchange and starred in the Donmar Warehouse Shakespeare Trilogy (dir. Phyllida Lloyd) where she played Mark Antony in Julius Casesar, Hotspur in Henry IV and Ariel in The Tempest.

Other theatre includes Cover My Tracks (The Old Vic), Ophelia and Juliet in Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet respectfully (The Globe), Moon on a Rainbow Shawl (The National Theatre). Jade did a TEDxtalk ‘Being Black, Being a Woman, Being ‘Other’’. She will perform in her debut play Heart at the Kiln as soon as theatres reopen.
