Becky Paris CDG

Becky is Head of Casting at Shakespeare’s Globe, overseeing the casting of all in-house productions, events and workshops for the Globe Theatre and Sam Wanamaker Playhouse.

Recent credits for Shakespeare’s Globe include: Romeo & Juliet (Dir: Sean Holmes), The Crucible (Dir: Ola Ince), Troilus & Cressida (Dir: Owen Horsley), Three Sisters (Dir: Caroline Steinbeis), All’s Well That Ends Well (Dir: Chelsea Walker), Cymbeline (Dir: Jennifer Tang), Antony & Cleopatra (Dir: Blanche McIntyre), Much Ado About Nothing (Dir: Sean Holmes), Princess Essex (Dir: Robin Belfield), Ghosts (Dir: Joe Hill-Gibbins), Othello (Dir: Ola Ince), The Duchess of Malfi (Dir: Rachel Bagshaw) and Henry V (Dir: Holly Race-Roughan, Headlong co-production and UK Tour).

She is also a freelance Casting Director who has worked on theatre projects for the Almeida, Bridge Theatre, Headlong, ATG, Park Theatre, Southwark Theatre, Hampstead Theatre, Pentabus, HighTide and Sheffield Theatres, as well as a number of short films. Previously, she worked as a Casting Assistant for TV and film projects in the offices of Rose Wicksteed, Jessie Frost and Alex Johnson.
